Why am I passionate about this work?

While I loved what I did as an engineer and loved the ability to solve complex problems and develop new solutions, I discovered I had a    bigger passion for personal connection and the impact of improving health.

Treating my weekly clients and especially treating children in the hospital reminds me always about the power of the human spirit and the ability of the body to heal when supported in the right way.

When I can help individuals learn to manage their stress or emotions, get a better night sleep, stop their headaches, reduce or eliminate their pain and give them ease of movement and restored range of motion, I am grateful they trusted me to be part of their care team and I am truly honored to help.

Why do I do it and what is my mission?

My mission is always to discover and treat root cause and not just treat symptoms so clients get better faster and get back to living the life they desire instead of giving up what they love because of the pain.

My mission is to help my student and clients learn, grow, gain confidence and strength, and have self treatment knowledge and tools they can use at home anytime they need to be their best self.

When we feel strong, vibrant, healthy and are capable of working, exercising and playing as fully as we can, in all the ways we want, we can show up on the planet differently!

- We now have the energy to play with our kids.

- We can focus better to achieve bigger and more impactful goals in our career or school.

- We can be more present in our relationships and with our families.

- We can do the things we love well and live happier and more joyfully.

It is truly an honor and a privilege to be invited onto a client’s team of healthcare practitioners as they travel their journey of recovery and health and I don’t take that role lightly.

My purpose is to help clients be the best version of themselves they can be and to achieve their optimal health so they can live out their purpose limitlessly!

If this resonates with you, if you have pain, could use support, have questions or want to learn, reach out anytime.

I look forward to talking and working with you.
